Refunds and Returns

In store:

Within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt, we will exchange or refund items to a store gift card.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the original sealed packaging and in original condition.

Please note: no refunds or exchanges will be accepted on sale or clearance items, cut items (such as leather, chain, banding, cord, etc), broken strands, special order items, gift cards.

Online:

Online purchases may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund will be to your original payment method.

When mailing your return please include all items for return in their original condition with the receipt or packing slip indicating the items being returned and the reason for return. Failing to provide receipt or packing slip will result in delays and a 25% restocking fee. Please be sure to pack your items in a sturdy cardboard box or padded envelope and ship at your expense to:

We cannot issue a refund on any items that are damaged during return transit. We recommend you send your package with trackable carrier such as Canada Post.  Poco Inspired is not responsible for packages that are not received if sent be non-trackable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be pre paid - we do not accept C.O.D. or Return to Sender packages. We do not pay for customs or brokerage fees.

We will refund your original method of payment for the amount of the return less shipping cost once we have received and inspected the returned product.

Status of Refund:

Returns could take one to two weeks to process. Once processed, a credit will be issued to the credit card or original payment method used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles before the credit will appear on your statement.
