Within 14 days of purchase, with a receipt, we will exchange or refund items (on a store gift card).
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
All sales final on all; sale, loose, cut, clearance, consignment items.

- Any consignment item

- Sale or Clearance items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange or charge a restocking fee for any item that does not meet the requirements of our return policies.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
This includes shipping to the destination or return shipping charges.
And will be deducted from any refunds that may be issued.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Item (s) purchased on our online store that are being shipped out to you, are usually shipped via Canada Post (based on our shipping policy).
Generally they are shipped WITHOUT tracking information.

We have NO control over shipping times.
During times like the holiday season, shipping takes longer than normal due to increased volumes.
Please allow 30 business days ( NOT calendar days - so Mon to Fri ) for your package to arrive.
If after that time, if you have still not received your package, please contact us and we will do our best to correct the issue.
If you need to return an item,
It must comply with our return policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
